in the north eastern part of Kissimmee. That is down from my
last market report of 53. - These homes vary in price from a low of $125,000 to a high of
$299,000. The lowest price on the last market report was
$139,900 and the highest was $264,000, so the lowest price
has gotten lower and the highest price has moved up.
