Coastal Cottages for Sale in the Historic Olde Naples FL

COTTAGE (Naples #775 Broad Court North) COTTAGE (Naples #780 Ninth Street South)

The classic architecture of the coastal cottage is timeless.  Much of the charm of Olde Naples comes from the coastal cottages on the streets, avenues, back alleys and nooks and crannies of the town.  Thankfully, the style has been respected over the years and many of the old cottages have been preserved.  There is a wonderful resurgence of cottage design even in brand new construction in Olde Naples.  Nowadays, we have beautiful cottages that ooze the essence of the classic design in old homes, historic houses, circa 1920's homes, landmark buildings as well as new construction, transitional architecture, contemporary interpretations of the coastal cottage, renovations, remodels and re-mastered homes.

You have the opportunity to carry on the tradition of caring for and enjoying a Naples cottage. Either become the next steward of an historic masterpiece or be the original owner of a new home that will be a part of your legacy - Olde Naples awaits.

With our very cold weather in Maryland, you can be sure that many retirees will be heading your way to find their place in the sun.

By the way, have you met my friend Mary Charters? She has moved her real estate practice from Maryland to Naples.

Ellie, I absolutely love the little old cottages. The beach house we sold in 2008 was built in 1926, It still had the original bathtub!

I love old cottages like these. Naples has gotten so expensive in the last 50 years considering that it used to be so extremely inexpensive.

Ellie, there is something about the word "cottage" that makes me wistful for my childhood! It's different than cabin, bungalow, and I love all three for different reasons. But, cottage evokes such emotion and I'm thrilled that people are keeping up the integrity of these in Olde Naples. I loved your phrase "become the next steward of an historic masterpiece", perfectly put
