Friends, I've been telling you for weeks that it's time to get your house ready for market! Liz hit the nail on the head with her post! The Spring Buyers are already out in force and ready to buy!

For all the homeowners who are waiting for the Spring market, wait no more. This is the Spring market.

Listen I know there is snow on the ground and the TV is constantly running ads about the Florida Keys and Aruba but take my word for it, it's Spring. The Spring buyers are out and ready to buy. Once the other sellers figure this out you might just have more competition than you bargained for.

Spruce up your front door. Get your home staged. Start interviewing some Agents. If you wait for April you have missed the bus or the boat, whatever your means of transportation, it left.

If you are thinking of selling, stop thinking and start selling. If a change is in your near future switch up the near to now.

Spring is in the air and it should be in your home.
