What I learned in RE this week…the "I've been gone too long" edition
Real Estate is about relationships, right? Offline & online, eh? I've struggled with the online part recently in balancing my little part of the world.
It happens, meetings, family, fun, working, learning, earning, vacations, FUN! Stuff get's WACKY & life in general get's in the way, RIGHT? I'm not alone here, RIGHT? I know, I know.
Anyway, we live & we LEARN which is the topic of this blog post my friends! What I learned in Real Estate this WEEK:
- St. Joseph WORKS! When in doubt, go to Amazon.com, buy him, plant him & WAIT for the buyers. If you plant him, they will come. Promise!
- Protect your family members in some sort of fashion if they live in your home but aren't on the deed.
- Sellers choose what they want to hear.
- Your family member who sold Real Estate for 40 years is willing & able to assist you when you need assistance at one of your listings to fill the hot tub before the inspector shows up, call them. (I love you DAD!)
- All buyers don't wear cotton.
- The most seasoned of agents can ignite a fire within themselves & others!
- Asbestos is a witch that starts with a B.
- Cats can wreak havoc on a home, get a dog.
- People are misunderstood everyday, chat with them a bit & figure out where they are coming from. It most certainly could be from a different place than you think!
- Appraisers are amazing.
- ^^^^^^THAT was sarcasm.
