I’m so excited, just like the song. I have received another new REO assignment yesterday for a Kauai Beach Resort unit. While these units don’t sell for much, they are in demand. This is 4 new REOs assigned to me recently after a drought of any assignments. One of my new assignments is for an upscale Regency Villas at Poipu.
