I Sell 100% of My Franklin TN Home ListingsToday, I met with a past client who just got her home staging license. She wanted to pick my brain about aspects related to the business side of home staging; marketing, website development and lead generation.

We talked about partnering together to help each other promote the others business. That sounded great to me but I told her the majority of my business comes from buyers.

While I do work with sellers, it's not my primary target. Only 20% of my business last year came from sellers.

She asked what percentage of my listings actually sold. When I told her I sell 100% of my Franklin TN (and surrounding area) home listings on average for 98.2% of list price, she was astonished. She went, "Oh my gosh, is that on your website?". Well, actually it isn't. That's when she encouraged me to put the information on my site.

I had assisted her with the sale and purchase of a home last year. She quickly pointed out that I was able to provide her with excellent service because I have more time to devote to sellers than agents who list a lot of properties but only sell a fraction of their listings. She greatly appreciated the individualized attention she received and felt she was in very good hands throughout the entire home selling process. She offered to write a testimonial (one thing I rarely ask clients to do) to get me started.

As a result, I will be updating my website to not only reflect my statistics but very specific ways that I help Franklin TN home sellers reach a successful outcome. I will also be asking several sellers who I have assisted to write testimonials to include on my sellers page.

Sounds like a fruitful business mtg.  Oh, and over time, you'll naturally have more listings from all the buyers you've kept in touch with.  Eventually some will need to sell and others will have friends that need to sell (and buy).

Debbie - As I said the bulk of my business comes from buyers. Sellers who use me are already part of my sphere or referrals from past buyers.

Troy - I'm working on this today.

Sheila - I was selling myself short. I provide excellent service to sellers and it's time they knew it.

Suzanne - I'm pretty proud of the fact that my sellers are never disappointed in my ability to sell their home.
