So what makes for a good MeetUp?
Quality ActiveRainers sure helps, we had a handful of veteran MeetUp goers for this year’s Springtime MeetUp. Though the numbers weren’t huge, there sure was a comfortable feeling in knowing that these people have all been there before. If you have been to a few of these yourself, you know that feeling. For me it seems like getting together with old friends.
I have seen DeeDee Riley at just about every one of these MeetUps, she is such a sweet woman that I just love talking to her about anything. I’ve had the pleasure of looking at a few of her listings, and even doing some work. She is just as wonderful in her profession as Realtor in the El Dorado Hills and surrounding areas. You'll have to ask her about the reading glasses with headlights :)
If I ever hear someone in need of commercial real estate or land development, Dan Mincher would be the man that I would refer. He brings a perspective to the conversation that I don’t usually get to see. He is a hardworking and dedicated Commercial Real Estate Agent in Sacramento that knows his stuff!
Of course, Mike Young had his own bag of tricks. No, really, he has a bag of tricks that would rival a magician. He is a fun man that enjoys life. His real passion is found in FHA 203K loans though, the guy knows all that there is to know. He has done it, practicing it, and teaches it, and even has a published book on it. He may be able to help you in using the 203K loans in ways that you may not have thought of.
I had a great time today, it never gets old. I look forward to building more relationships in the future through the use of these MeetUps. I hope that you have been able to do the same.
