Hi Ron - I don't know of any buyer who doesn't appreciate having a floor plan to take home to later review, compare and then start placing furniture.

Alexandra and Ron - hmm, just almost ---- I need to work harder...

Laura - the listing went into the MLS today...and yes, the calls/inquiries have begun.

Roger - thank you very much. It's always good when a seller is receptive to suggestions and has already completed so many of the important steps in order to present the home.
