San Clemente Home Values By Mark Paulson 3/30/2014
This weeks Market Report for San Clemente and surrounding areas home values from a San Clemente Realtor Mark Paulson shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 14.5 percent, for new homes up 18.6 percent and for resale condos up 16.4 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 15.6 percent and down 8.9 percent on condos and up 31.8 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 16.4 percent and the sales volume is down 31.5 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 8.9 percent and the sales volume is down 5.3 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 7.8 percent and the sales volume is down 27.6 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 6.7 percent and the sales volume is down 14.0 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 27.4 percent and the sales volume down 14.0 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 3.9 percent and the sales volume is down 2.1 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 5.1 percent and the sales volume is down 6.4 percent.
If we look at this week and it is apparent that the market has slowed. The values increase but the inventory has dropped significantly.
