The time has come. My old worn out signs need to go to
that big scrap heap in the sky...if they will even take the raggedy old things...Don't Laugh...So should a lot of others!!
I deserve it...make fun of me...mock me if you must...just remember, I am asking for help here!!
Here is the truth: I have not upgraded signs in years. When I did I only did a few inserts made of Coreplast (plastic) and they quite frankly were junk from the day I started using them.
At one time I was very flashy and had the fancy truck lettering...especially back from 1998 to 2005 I had the Re/Max logo on my hotrod. I was the first in Colorado Springs to do it and the first in Kearney. My Re/Max signs were cool... I was loud and bold and in your face.
Ahh...but time moves on and my current clientele need a little more anonimity.
SO Now, I just need a good quality For Sale sign with steel frame but where do you buy them?
Is there a Great (I mean GREAT) site online to order from?
I know some will say buy from the local sign shop but that is my distant second choice...not first. We have two sign shops here and there are very specific reasons why they not my first choice.
What do you put on them for information?
My company name is: Mike McCann - Broker
Ya...catchy isn't it?
I sell mostly farms now and the signs can be regular size but need to be stout and sturdy...and able to handle 50mph winds as my current listings are 42, 75, and 81 miles away from my office. (Remember, I am in the middle of Nebraska...time versus distance is measured at 65mph.)
What say ye? Is there a good online site that you have had recent good luck with? I know there will freight...and I get charged freight locally anyway.
Any suggestions for color scheme? I am totally open as this will be a make over.
My only requirement is that I must be able to hammer them into hard soil...and I need to get them ordered soon!!
Thank you in advance for your suggestions...unless it is to keep using the old signs....
Until next time...
