You are an able to buy Maine real estate, have the cash stashed.

To shake, roll, throw the dice. Get in the game. Just the small matter of being a long distance away from the low cost property listings. Living, doing time chasing the dollar where the candyland board game photolocal urban real estate in a busy city is nose bleed high.

Just not within reach to buy for the "what's in your real estate wallet" question.

But it's late at night. A Sunday. Sometime outside normal office hours for a real estate office.

The trip to Maine would set you back a couple thousands dollars.

Quite a few days eaten up. Flying in, seeing it all too quickly, covering ground sloppy, hit or miss fast.

Then flapping your wings hard and getting back to the space you currently live, work, play.

In your Candy Land game of life where you now hang your hat.

But the spaces, steps you need to take to change all that.

Far away, high mile marker numbers all around you. The not local Maine real estate buyer has a quandary. That video for the local area, the property listings so sweetly cures the cravings.

Hurried, panic buiilding, at your wit's end. Mickey's two white gloved hands spinning in a blur round and round too fast.

Good morning Andy,

Video is indeed the best possible way to look at real estate long distance.  And with your video site, people are allowed to see the entire area, not just the housing, the lakes, countryside, land and get a great feel for where they are relocating to.

Cindy ... You know, preaching to the choir and see you with the video robe singing loudly and broadcasting way beyond your local area. Video is like trading in the thousand watt local transmitter and rolling in the million watt one. Your reach is no longer just the buyers within the local town limits, the boundaries are blown wide open. Cash sales, full price, out of country or state buyers, many I never meet in person who purchase property listings. I like that game... sweet. It's all good as the kids say, remind. That's the way I want to roll.

You can be every where all at once. Video clones you, frees you up, is a better way when the buyer only has zip for time, is holding a mobile device and has the next 20 minutes only for the show and tell. You can, do, without any notice. Open house on demand happens. The signal is beaming round the world, any time or weather or location for your buyer. Tap in, start the information transfer using eyes and ears. More memborable, easy peasy. Not a slide show with clarinets. Your buyer is beamed to the property.

Joe ... (air horn) The power of photo shop... amazed at folks that think we have a turquoise colored vending truck parked for the billboard affect. Maine does not have billboards though. Returnable bottles too. I know there are outfits that offer a free moving van with the "Joe Clark does it again, list and sell and make SOLD a household word". We don't own a Freightliner that has the roll up doors. Had to doctor a tad around the wheel well for one of the categories. We deliver the real estate listings to the out of town, state, country buyer is the take away. This big truck carries the 200 listings very well.  Video does that so so well.

David ... Just doing our job to save folks time, money, frustration. Love the list, market, sell. Guess it is why we wear the R.

That's some big bus you have there.  I wanted one years ago when short sales and foreclosures were starting up.  I wanted to take investors out.  Didn't get one and never needed one since.
