Customer Service is Customer Loyalty - trust develops as customers feel a connection with a company. Being committed to providing the best customer service is the driving force to producing amazing results while retaining great relationships with past/current customers. Below are 10 Customer Service Guidelines to follow in order to increase sales, repeat business, customer loyalty, and survival of competition. 

1. The main thing to remember is that you are compensated in direct proportion to the service you give. If you choose to make more money then you will need to give better service to more people.

2. Be a great listener, take notes, ask questions, listen to the customer's words and tone of voice, body language, and most importantly- how they feel.  

3. Make customers feel important. 

4. Customer buy good feelings and solutions to problems. 

5. Be sincere and honest in your communication. 

6. Help customers understand the entire process - not just your systems. 

7. Never hang up the phone without saying "This is what will happen next..." SET EXPECTATIONS!

8. Apologize when needed - when something goes wrong, take responsibility & apologize. 

9. Look for ways to make doing business with you, easy

10. Keep in contact and provide weekly feedback, if not.. more. 

& ALWAYS...... GO THE EXTRA MILE! 

A dedicated customer will show other customers that your business DOES CARE, and without excellent customer care, there would be no business.
