The Vermont Symphony Orchestra TD Bank 2014 Summer Festival Tour "Let's Dance!" with famed conductor Anthony Princiotti will be exploding with picnicking, fireworks and a world of dancing at Shelburne Farms on July 4th!
Gates will open at 5:15 for picnicking, with toe-tapping festivities beginning at 7:30 pm. Bring your favorite picnic foods, grab friends, family, or the person standing next to you and kick off your shoes! Feet-moving melodies by Strauss, Borodin, Gershwin and Delibes will have everyone dancing to hits from Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller under a banner of stars. Marches, fireworks, and the 1821 Overture will conclude an unforgettable show! Rain can't stop this kind of fun - if it does rain, the festivities will unfold at the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Junction Vermont.
