Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 23 days of June 2014 are 34 homes which is down from the 42 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 23 days of May and a decrease from the first 23 days of June 2013 (53). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from June 1st to date is $1,762,851 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,633,724 for this same time period. The average sales price for this same time period in June 2013 was $1,518,281.
In June 2014 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $6,650,000 and is located in the city of Rolling Hills and has 5 bedrooms, 8 baths and 7,928 square feet on a 4 3/4 acre lot. This fabulous Spanish estate features incredible panoramic/queen's necklace ocean/coastline views, library/study, custom gym, media room, music room, detached guest house, 750-bottle wine room, putting green, sports court, pool and 2 outdoor spas. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in May for $899,000 and is located in the Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates; this home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1,515 square feet on a 6063 square foot lot.
We currently have 207 active single family Palos Verdes homes for sale priced between $699,000 in Rolling Hills Estates and $53,000,000 in the city of Rolling Hills (the low in Eastview is $724,000).
