Quite a spread of prices and properties this month on Realtor Caravan in Haiku.  The two cute ones are already pending which is not surprising.  It's great to see some new listings that have never been offered before.

Poet Laureate William S. Merwin, of Haiku Maui, is featured in a film called Even though the Whole World is Burning, which was shown at the Maui Film Festival last month.  It's a biography of his life and it begins at his Peahi palm-filled oasis that he lovingly created over many years.  Look for it at a local film festival near you.
