The Anxiety of Worrying

“Worry often gives a small thing a great shadow.”

Swedish Proverb

As I see it . . . . . . .

The anxiety of worrying

No one has ever worrying themselves . . . . into finding a solution.

Worrying will not create . . . . the desired outcome.

Worrying will zap you energy and keep you awake at night . . . . without resolving the condition.

The longer you worry the bigger the shadow it will cast . . . . until it blocks . . . . the light out of your life.

Worrying will waste your time . . . . with no productive return on the use your time.

When worrying overcomes you . . . . Look at the condition that’s creating the worrying. Look for the solution . . . . on how to overcome it . . . . how to remove it . . . . and how to move pass it.

Be proactive . . . . and do the best you can do to get the worrying out of your life. Being proactive puts you into a position to find the solution and in control of the condition and the outcome you achieve.

The anxiety of worrying will take the air out of your life . . . . and stress you into ineffectiveness.  Removing the anxiety will become a breath of fresh air . . . . and take a heavy weight of your shoulders.

Worrying is a waste of time.  That is the truest statement.  Planning, preparing, training, and education that is the path to success.

Good morning Lou,

Were I but better practiced at this when younger.  While I still concentrate on getting better I could have learned at a better age.  Happy to still be learning and open to improving though.  Make it a great day Lou.  Mark
