Christopher -  We have lots of snow this year so you can ski to work!  There are great areas in the white mountain area.  I have to say my favorite time of year is in the fall.  It is awesome.

Monika~  This fair is a great opportunity for buyers to learn about the possibilities of buying a home in New Hampshire.  There is usually a great attendance.  I'll let you know how it turns out.

Steve~    Thank you for spreading the word.  There are a lot of folks that are not aware of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority.  They have several different programs for those that qualify and I love working with them and the buyers to help them obtain their dream of homeownership.

Carole~ This is a wonderful event and it has been well attended in the past.  With the media painting the real estate industry with a broad brush, this will give professionals the opportunity to let prospective home buyers know that things are not so bad in New Hampshire and now is a good time to buy for many people.

George~  I believe there is a similar program in Connecticut that I read about on your blog a while back.  These types of programs are great for first time homebuyers.  One reason I love this event, is that there is a wealth of resources available to the consumers whether they are using the NHHFA or traditional lenders. There also are representatives from the home inspection industry, title companies and of course the Reatlors.

Joan~   I will certainly keep my eyes open for anyone looking it your area!  See you soon.

Joan, New Hampshire is a pretty place, and I would find it especially livable in the summer months when the weather is hot and steamy down here!

Patricia~  DC can be hot and steamy, however, with the air conditioning it is not too bad.  I love to visit there.  I expecially enjoy being able to eat at the restaurants and sit outside in the evening.  Lots of things to do and see.    We are certainly seeing things pick up in the market and I think it is going to be a good year.

Great Post. Do you print this and use as a flyer?  It would make a good one.  I love New Hampshire.  My sister and husband lived in Porsmouth for about 5 years.  Great driving trip up from Buffalo New York in the Fall.  I always said one day I would retire in the NE but then I got older an my blood thinned and I feel our winters stiking around longer and longer.  So, now I say someday I will retire somewhere WARM.  But I will always treasure the North East and esecially New Hampshire.

Terri~  I think New Hampshire is a beautiful state -- but it DOES get a lot of snow and it DOES have LONG winters!~  I am with you when it comes time to retire - I'll settle for a bit warmer climate.  Portsmouth is a bit warmer since it is on the Seacoast ~  It is beautiful.  I would say enjoy New Hampshire during the fall leaf peeping season and take off for warmer climate in the winter.  Let me know if you are visiting in New Hampshire, it would be nice to meet you!
