Low interest rates on top of homes increasing in value means that there are surely home owners that could benefit from refinancing, if only to eliminate PMI, get rid of a HELOC, or get out of an ARM into a Fixed Rate Loan.

Amazing that they have stayed so low .. so long a time, Noah Seidenberg ... you're so right about that.  I don't think anyone could have predicted it would have happened.  But it's a great opportunity.  I hope that many take the time to investigate their options ... and try to save themselves some money!
