I was asked this morning how many homes are for sale in the Greater Kingston area that are priced between $800,000 and under 1 million dollars. I had a rough number in my head but wanted to check it out on our local MLS.
Not counting Condos, but only single family, detached residential homes.
53 homes were listed for sale as of today's date.
They begin with one home priced at $818,500 up to the highest of $998,500.
