International Actions Shed Positive Light Here

Reports that interest rates would remain low in China and that Europe would add additional stimulus in hopes of jump starting their economies help give stocks here a nice jolt.  We are looking more like the good boys on the block despite the slow growth we have been seeing in our economy.  Despite hitting record highs in many recent sessions, stocks surged ahead once again today.  The Dow gained 91 points in a broad market advance.
