The Preview Must Go On. Check the weather first.

Of course, the weather prediction was wrong this time.

I took to the road this morning at about 9:00 a.m. to shoot the exteriors of a few homes for sale in my area to send to an out of town buyer.

Nothing unusual there.

Except the "flurries" or "light accumulatation" predicted turned into a BLIZZARD! It wasn't sticking on concret surfaces but I knew it would. The outside temperature was right at 32 degrees.

Sometimes we real estate agents must think like the mail carriers.
THE PREVIEW MUST GO ON!!

I quickly got the photos of 4 homes in Hamilton. Then the 15 mile drive home. That wan't much fun. Of course, the drivers of the train of vehicles behind me probably invented a few words.

Glad you made it safe & sound. I have a settlement this afternoon & the buyers are worried about driving in the snow. Hopefully the weather cooperates for them. That unpredictable weather can cause some major problems sometimes.

We do what we have to do. Glad you accomplished your mission and safely. Seems like there is lots of snow around these days and it feels early. HAppy to say I do not miss the snow of New England. I won't say anything more about OUR weather at the moment

Jeff. Accuweather says that Carlsbad CA is 80 degrees and Sunny. THAT is my favorite weather. Right now it's 33 degrees here and still snowing lightly.

Lenn we had the opposite here in Middletown, CT. We were supposed to get about 5" of snow, but only got about an inch of rain mixed with snow before it all changed to rain.
