The channels for video that are stalled, parked but been open for business since 2007. Why they don't perform is like any mediastream results. Shelves not stocked with what the buyers and sellers need to save time. Nothing worthwhile to watch, listen to and usually empty. Neglected. Video is the most misunderstood, neglected child in the marketing family. Sad. But not if you do harness the power of the "V". So easy and what the market wants. It delivers.

Well said, Andrew! Google & NAR did a join study showing that what buyers really want are neighborhood/community videos and video house tours. Every agent should have those tools in their belt!
