The Greenbrier's Chocolate Display and Holiday Events
The Greenbrier, the historic destination resort set in the foothills of West Virginia's Allegheny Mountains, has unveiled a holiday-themed chocolate display made up of over 1,000 pounds of chocolate, donated by Cacao Barry, to commemorate the festive season this year.
The display was constructed by the resort's Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Suteau and his pastry team, and took three months to complete.

As Executive Pastry Chef at The Greenbrier, he oversees all desserts for the resort's 14 restaurants, cafes and lounges, in addition to 24-hour in-room dining.
