For full year 2013, there were 15 mls-reported transactions with an average sales price of $252,523(median $235,000). In 2012, there were 17 closed sales with an average price of $210,540(median $205,200).
Common area amenities at Crystal Canyon include a pool, spa, lounge area and tennis courts in a resort-like setting.
Its location near the new planned community of Rosedale along with its convenient location and soon-to-open Gold Line light rail station(scheduled to open in 2015) make the complex very desirable.
