The 2014 Florida State Exam Summary Report for the Florida Real Estate Brokers Exam shows that out of 2,2151 graded exams, 1,225 passed and 960 failed on their first attempt at taking the exam.
This report is showing the passing rate for first time test takers at 57% for 2014. Out of 2,106 students taking the test for the second time, only 38% passed. The percentage of students who took the test the second time declined to 19%.
