Take a look at the before and after photos.  This was an amazing transformation.  People were all over this home and we had it under contract within a few days of being available to the public.

The house went from being not liveable to a showcase home.  

• The kitchen was finished in granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and tile flooring.  
• The breakfast room was transformed to elegance with french doors, electric fireplace, and tile flooring.  The wall you see on the other side of the table had a regular size door that led to the master bedroom.  The door was removed and instead a wall was erected and by doing this it allowed the addition of an 11 foot in length closet  to the master bedroom.  The additional closet then gave the master bedroom two separate closets, the second being the existing walk-in closet.  If the new owner runs out of closet space then that could be a sign of having a shopping addiction.

• The house was transformed from having three bedrooms to having four bedrooms.  The previous ownership of the house had converted the garage into a bonus area that was separated from the main house with a half wall which was connected by a walk through from the living room.  It was a step down into the bonus area, it gave the person entering this area a feeling of going out into the garage.  The bonus area was made into a bedroom and the laundry closet room was converted into a laundry room with built-in cabinets, granite counter top, and tile flooring.
• The step down into the bonus area was eliminated by raising the floor to match the rest of the house.  It now looks and feels like part of the house.  This is extremely important for bank appraisal purposes.
• The living room was restored and given a classy feel to it with the electric fireplace (flick of the switch and set the warm mood) and vinyl flooring that looks like hardwood and requires close inspection to detemine that it is not hardwood.  Flooring designed for low maintenance caring.
• Simply amazing!
