My ongoing bitch with the new owners of AR

Here is a third email I have written to these dinosaurs.

You constantly make minor, sometimes major changes here. The issue, no one thinks out or tries many of these. My 2 cents advice, change the way you log out and login.

First, the log out nag should not appear over the login link. Everytime I log out, I like to reset to the login page and cannot do so.

Second, the login link should be to the left of the search bar. It is always a pain to have to move one's mouse any further than minimum.

Lastly, and by far the biggest bitch, on logging out, your site should not go to page where you have to click again to get to the login page. It should be like WP where it goes to the login page, complete with user name and password if one desires to store such. This is such a simple correction, it should be obvious.

The fact you never respond to these continue to believe you are deaf to the ones here and why taking a few minutes to try to improve the site is a big deal for many of us who use it. I hope one day, this will be different but up till now, it is nothing short of corporate BS.

Wow.  You are not a happy camper today, are you?  I guess I've not spent enough time here this week to have problems, but I know how frustrating they can be.  My group problem was only solved when I solved it...and thank God I could.

No complaints here; however Curtis Van Carter , did you try calling some one at HQ?  I don't work for them nor am an affiliate, but a phone call often works.

Sorry, but this happens every time. I don't know why more of you don't experience this. I use Chrome as my primary browser, who knows what the blank.

I've not notice this other than the log out is to the far right, and my screen is set at 125% because my eyes ain't so great any more.  So I go have to scroll over to the far right to log out.  A minor inconvenience.

Curtis, there are a lot of clickings going on to get from point A to point B. Their goal is to leave as much white space as possible to make it easier on the eyes of the consumer.

As for the meet-up.  It went well. The only thing missing there was Curtis Van Carter

Curtis,

It took them 3 weeks and a blog by me for me to get an answer as to why my picture was not showing up. I would guess you probably will not get a response. Good luck and let us know if you do.

They did change the login/log out out to the new drop down menu but again, not right. Still has the nag on logging out but smaller so it allows one to click on and go back to the login page. Absolutely no resolve to once logging out going back to a login page with username and password already populated. These new owners are worse than T Rex, they eat themselves in their stupidity. cheers cvc To all that simple read this and do not understand my comments, so be it. To all that do so and see what I am trying to say and keep quiet, your arses need to be more vocal.

Curtis, you seem to be having lots of issues with the current system.  I do understand what you are talking about regarding the log in.  I too, dislike the fact that your have to click on log in then another page then find the post from the front page.  Maybe there will be a change in the near future.  I am still struggling with the issue that my picture is 1.5.

Thanks for your thoughts about this. I truly hate when they do things which make you have to do an extra click or aren't like these should be and are the correct way everywhere else. They did change the log out and other buttons. cheers cvc
