This post is to my loyal blog subscribers. First and foremost, thank you for subscribing! I truly appreciate your loyalty and hope you have enjoyed reading my posts.

You may have notice that I haven't posted here in a few weeks. While I have been silent on this site, I have been actively working on a new Wordpress blog site. Actually, make that two new sites. I won't bore you with the reasons or details, because it really isn't that important.

I wanted to give you fair warning that my content for this site will change slightly. I will continue to provide buying and selling tips, information on local events, local amenities, and local market data will be limited to my office locations (Duxbury and Plymouth). I have knowledge and information on housing statistics in other towns throughout southeastern Massachusetts, but I honestly don't want to spam you with too much market data. Call me if you want information on your town, or better yet, sign up here for your own housing newsletter.

Several of you began following my posts to learn more about The Pinehills. I have been writing about this community and selling homes within Pinehills for close to 10 years. In fact, the majority of my blog content was about Pinehills. I will continue to write about Pinehills, but I have created a separate site for that content.
