EVERYBODY HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!
Yesterday was my grandchildren's daycare Easter Egg Hunt. They have been so excited that Easter is here. I have fond memories of my Easter Days as a child. My favorite part was hunting the eggs. As an adult it is coloring them and then hiding them.
Better homes and gardens provided coloring pages for parents to print out for children to color. They have been hard at it.

Hi Sussie Sutton my older grandchildren love coloring eggs.... I even taught them how to do it the Armenian way with onion skins... not as much fun, but they wanted to know how it was done and the finished product....

One of the fondest memories I have of my dad was watching him color eggs one easter. Dad was a serious man, who really didn't get into the holidays much. But somehow on that particular Easter morning, he took the initiative to get into the egg coloring activity.

Ron & Alexandra Seigel the littlest one whom we call Buns is the funniest. The things he says....especially about fried cabbage! LOL!
Len... I really love coloring those eggs!
Barbara Todaro my father in law taught us how to use golden brown onions to color eggs. He took it one step further and put clover leaves on the white eggs and wrapped it with a sheer panty hose. Where the clover was stayed white while the rest of the egg turned into a colored egg.
Sussie, I used onions to color eggs as well..your grand children are precious, their smiles say it all, no words needed.
