Thanks for stopping by Joan. We had a pretty hot market in spring and summer in Iowa City and most of my listings sold before I ever had a chance to post them on AR. I do have a couple at the moment that are taking a little longer to sell in the fall market. Thanks for the reminder that I need to take advantage of this platform again!

I see you are still using Real Bird... I haven't for a long time. Spoke to them, and they are good guys, but we do not usually have listings, so little use, plus I am not really well organized, so sometimes missing on good stuff :)

I've been with Realbird for years and don't intend changing that anytime soon Jon. I hear you on the listings, since I'm not a listing machine either. That said, I still think it's worth the small annual fee it costs me. In my case just for the back links!
