Nina that is a lot of great things to do at the Charlotte Fair, and with it being in town for 10 days it leaves lots of time for everyone to at least one day to participate in the fun.

Michael Thornton ~ it's not so early for us--already in the mid-70's in terms of temperature, so it's like summer!

Good morning Nina. It must take some real effort to put on an event like this for so many day. I'm sure there are some large crowds that attract folks from around the area.

Good morning, Conrad, this week's weather forecast so far is good and we are coming off of a very rainy April with most weekend quite wet. So hopefully, a good turnout.

Good morning, Joe Petrowsky ~ I think the reason this goes on for so long because of the scope of this fair; otherwise just too much to do for only a long weekend.

Debbie Laity ~ thanks, Debbie. This fair attracts so many people from quite a ways away from Charlotte, so they really do go all out.

Nina, Wow, this is early. We have to wait until July for our county fair, but I have to wait even longer. I always go to the Los Angeles County Fair, but it isn't open until September. But it is worth the wait.

Bill Roberts ~ I suspect, Bill, that the dates have something to do with when they can have this venue for 10 days. But right now it is like summer weather and in summer it does get hot here and lots of people go to the mountains or the beach. So I suspect it also has something to do with how many people they feel they can attract in May versus July.

It was coolish here for a lot of April, Debbie Reynolds ~ but summery weather has arrived in Charlotte this past week and it's simply perfect for a fair.
