Movin on up!!!

By
Industry Observer
5th place

Well, I am movin on up the ladder in the state of Arkansas! I have finally reached 5th and only have 2 more places to go to reach my first goal of being at the top of page under the featured top 2 agents! It will be next to impossible for me to dethrone Ray Nellum and Barbara Duncan.

They have been doing this a bit longer than I have.

This has been quite the learning experience for me. I have made some mistakes, and may have made a few people uncomfortable, I have also touched moved and inspired a few! I hope that I have done more of the latter!!

I am looking forward to moving up a few more rungs but it will be a challenge! One I up to taking on!

Thanks to all my readers and supporters. I wouldn`t be able to keep going without your comments.

To our success!

Susan

Don't say never. I used to be thousands ahead of everyone in Texas, but there are two people on my heals right now.  I don't have time to play the system like they do, so they'll probably catch me fairly soon.

Great Job!  Have you been trying to get to the top all along, or did it kinda just happen for ya?  I just started, and I think this community is amazing.  So much information, it's almost too much to process.

Brian: No, I didnt start out wanting to get to the top. I thought it unattainable. But after a while, I noticed I was moving up rather quickly and the thought occured to me, hey, why not try to make it to the top! It is a wopnderful feeling to set and reach a goal. My 1st goal was to reach the top 10 in the state. The next 4 spaces will extremely hard to knock off!

I love playing in the Rain. I have learned so much.

Thanks,

Susan

Susan - I also thought it would be impossible for me to dethrone the former #1 guy in Austin, but it only took me four months.  Then, I set my sights on being featured in Texas, and I achieved that a couple of weeks ago.  Keep at it, and you may be surprised where you end up.

Susan, Congratulations! I recently made it to third in my county and am thrilled. Now only if I can get to the first page in the state (about another two months).

Great Job Susan.  I like the way you keep track of things.  Are you into AR, ActiveRain or Arkansas.  I lived in AR for 3 years.  Anyway, keep it up.  Have a Great Day

Susan: It is fun to watch yourself move up the ladder. It is even better when you see the results of your hard work translate into business. You have achieved the first and will probably break records in getting the second!

WOW !! clap clap Congratulations !!How long did it take for you to get there? Were the posts mainly on localism?  At what point did you start receiving calls from soon to be clients?

Just keep at it.  And even when you do reach the top it is hard to maintain.
