MARKET REPORTS & ANALYSIS     

• Rates ended the month slightly down. However they have basically been moving sideways for the past week, interest rates still hold upward technical biases and remain at pivotal levels. 
• May ISM Manufacturing better and April Construction Spending are better than expected 
• While Personal Spending is Flat, the story of this week with wage inflation is starting to take shape with this first beat to the upside with Personal Income. 
• All of todays readings are negative for MBS pricing.
