This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 3.5 percent, for new homes up 6.8. percent and for resale condos up 20.1 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 8.0 percent and down 24.7 percent on condos and down 22.6 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 0.8 percent and the sales volume is up 23.0 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 2.7 percent and the sales volume is up 84.6. percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are down 3.8 percent and the sales volume is up 10.8 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 1.7 percent and the sales volume is up 3.5 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 6.9 percent and the sales volume up 13.9 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 9.6 percent and the sales volume is up 39.0 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 9.5 percent and the sales volume is up 34.0 percent.
Sales are up for the County. South Orange County is similar week over week. Note that Mission Viejo 92692 is up 84.6 percent in sales volume. Sales volume is up up up and the sales prices are in most cases going up as well.
