Med Center Tudor-Style Home is Affordable and Oh-So-Cute

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

If you've been pounding the pavement trying to find an affordable home in good condition in the Med Center for sale, look no further. This home was built in 1923 and reflects all of the character and charm of that era. I feel sorry for homes that have original architectural detailing and owners over the years strip out those features in favor of trendy styles that later look so dated and ugly.

This home is fortunate in that it was mostly spared, and the owners have showered love and attention on this home. It has a huge back yard, too, with another yard beyond with RV access, something that is hard to find in the Med Center. Take a look at my new listing and come to the Sunday open house. You can read more and see photos in my personal blog today at this link: If You're Looking for Homes in the Med Center, This Tudor is Open Sunday.

I love these older homes. There's nothing like them. They are so full of character.

Good morning Elizabeth.  From what I saw this is a place I would be interested in if I lived in your area.

Hi Elizabeth.  Great curb appeal and lot's of nook's and cranny's inside.  Good luck.

It's a cutie alright, Elizabeth.  And, in that neighborhood, close to the Med Center it isn't likely to last long!

Thanks, everybody, yes these homes in the Med Center tend to sell quickly to doctors, nurses and medical staff at U.C. Davis.
