Happy 4th of July! I hope you and your family enjoy this weekend. With so much life going on at times we get a little... sidetracked. I believe days like this help us .. bring it back in a bit and remember our lives should be about family, friends and love for our country. When all the dust settles to me making great memories with those that matter most is the way to show our appreciation for the lives lost, those that have served and lets not forget the pioneers of our great country. Many have paid a price for us to have the opportunities we have only to have a country with so many saying what are you gonna do for me - here's what we get. Freedom to choose. May not all come packaged the same way but we all have the right to choose. At one point that was enough.

Celebrate your independence day by choosing to live the good life north or south of the border and working smart and hard to protect that choice!

I don't know if there is anything more personal, more stress filled or even scary than selling a home. As you know Branden, we've had several experiences buying and selling and both Mike and I agree we have never worked with anyone more professional than you and your group.

You couldn't have done more to make sure our condo sold and we appreciate your efforts so very much! Reyna has been patient and makes sure everything is exactly right, not an easy task anywhere.

We wish you and yours continued success as Rocky Point grows and changes. Your honesty and integrity will always be appreciated by your customers!

We're going to miss that little piece of paradise and especially many wonderful people like you! We'll keep in touch, send pictures of our new home too.
