OH, Debb Janes you will LOVE this woman! She was always telling me how hard-working I was, how much she appreciated my attitude, my calls...she's such a sweet older lady! She even got something from the county telling her to mow the lawn and she was all worried about it. We got that taken care of for her, along with a few other things....it's so refreshing when people realize that you go above and beyond to make things happen. 

OH, Bruce Walter OUCH!!!! Don't EVEN make me think about that!

Rob Thomas I learn from every one of them, and yes, I DO feel blessed when those easy ones come along! (I have had two back-to-back here at Fishhawk Lake, with wonderful sellers and buyers that I've represented on the transactions....fun at Fishhawk!!)

Joanna Cohlan loved this: "you had to go over the mountains and thru the woods on this one! "AND buy and put in carbon monoxide alarms! (I didn't realize that I had bought the hard kind--instead of plug-ins, I had to drill and screw them in!!!) 

Ed Silva I cannot give kudos to that mortgage company--they created such a nightmare for all of us...truly AWFUL. BUT! Between Joe and Ticor and me, we made it HAPPEN.

Debbie Laity usually I find that the Portland agents aren't nearly as Can Do in their attitude as Joe was. He laughed with me, we would commiserate and he truly made this WORK. A lot of it was out of my hands. And Ticor Title was EXEMPLARY. Including finding a notary to go to one of the sellers who's living in Ketchikan Alaska--the nearest one was 100 miles away! (This whole thing was so crazy....)

Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert mine's the BEST!!! Shawn has proven himself over and over again throughout the years and he also owns property at Fishhawk Lake! It doesn't get any better than that, my dear. (AND, he likes a good glass of wine...).

Joe Petrowsky you and my own favorite local loan person, are the two topnotch loan folks that I could honestly and wholeheartedly recommend. I can't say that about a few others that buyers have come up with....(who always seem to be with another agent).

Dorie Dillard the sad thing was that the agent had done an FHA loan with the very same company and his had only taken 29 days. Everything went wrong on this. None of it our fault!

Rhonda Burgess Howse-both of us hung on by our fingers and toes..thank you and yes, we DID EARN every dollar and then some! (And gee, I never count that til it's DONE).
