Quilt Gardens Along the Heritage Trail,
Elkhart County, Indiana.
The annual quilt gardens, which are on display for FREE, throughout Elkhart and LaGrange Counties, are along the Heritage Trail in 7 northern Indiana Amish Communities on a self driving tour. Local volunteers design the quilts each year, using over a million blooms in 19 gardens. In addition to the gardens, there are 21 hand painted giant quilt themed murals on display.
The quilt gardens can be seen from May 30th to October 1st, 2015.
