June 2015 sales and prices up in the Houston Area

Houston area statistics are out for June 2015, and both prices and sales are up. The market rebounded after a slow May due  to torrential rains and record setting rainfall for the month of May. This weekend we would have thought we were giving the homes away but no worries we are not. I had 4 appointments over the weekend.  I have written two contracts with others circling around!
