The East Greenwich RI real estate market this June had a huge increase in home sale closings.  With closings up 5% East greenwich ri luxury homeover the prior month and up 39% y-t-d over 2014 through June .  This home sale market still is on the upswing in 2015 which buyers need to know.

 

The choice in 152 homes on the market still gives buyers many opportunities in this diverse real estate market for a great choice in a centrally located RI home.  Pending real estate sales in East Greenwich topped 24 homes.  Average list price to home sale price was 97%.
