Last week (ending 7/26/2015) 1 existing detached homes in Mt Airy Md. was added to the market for sale, 7 went under contract, and 4 completed the sales process. This brings the count to 109 on the market for sale, 66 under contract and 25 completing the sales process in the last 30 days. 

Those still on the market for sale range from $169,900 to $1,999,900.  The last known list price of those currently under some form of contract ranges from $50,000 to $849,000.  Those that did complete the sales process in the last 30 days have sold between $125,000 and $610,000.
