Shelton CT June single family home sales and averages were the highest for 2015. Sales went up 27% as compared to June 2014 sales and were up a whopping 68% from last month. See annual sales chart below.
Listing and closed sales averages both declined slightly 3% compared to 2014 but the June sales average was the highest recorded for 2015.
Inventory remained about the same but the higher sales rate helped lower the absorption rate to 3.94 months, meaning it would take 3.94 months to sell off the present inventory of 185 homes. This is statistically a SELLERS market.
Going forward, there are 46 homes under deposit and 33 homes pending.
