We get some wacky phone calls and last month was no different...Wacky Phone Calls From Long Island:
1. Caller: My air conditioning is not working and I found your number on the internet. "You have to call your management company or an air conditioning servicing company". Can you look it up for me so I don't have to bother with it?
2. Call From Another Realtor: I saw on the internet that you just sold a multi-million dollar home, and I was wondering if you can tell me how to get into the luxury market?
3. My sister-in-law may be moving to Long Island in 2 years or so, but she may move to the Carolina's instead. So that I can tell her if this move is right for her, can you take me out each weekend and show me all the condo communities?
4. Is this the maintenance department for XXX community? Oh, well can you call them for me as I need a leaky faucet fixed?
And My Favorite Wacky Phone Call Last Month...
5. Buyer: You showed me too many homes that I really like and may want to buy. I'm going to stop looking for a while or maybe you can show me some that I don't like.
