Are You Looking for Online Growth Opportunities?
I read quite a few blog articles each week and am always looking for tidbits I can use to either grow my biz or tweak my online presence. Without fail, when I turn my attention to AR posts there are always a few Rainers I can count on to provide tips I can use in my own marketing efforts.
This month there have been several inspiring articles, but there are two in particular I want to highlight because they are things I believe we all should be doing, and because they create good blogging habits that put us on the path towards more online exposure.
The first article was by real estate writer extraordinaire Marte Cliff and discussed the importance of building community pages. I think her advice is spot on. These pages/articles are a great way to show our knowledge of both the local area as well as the local real estate market. Here is one I recently did about Warner Robins GA 31088 that I will promote and share over the next few months to generate both interest and visitors.
The second post by Debbie Gartner talked about her not blogging on AR in a week and being glad about it. Specifically, what caught my attention was the mention of several sites where we can build profiles, guest blog, and even get do-follow backlinks from.
I immediately put those on my to-do/do-again list because I am always looking to generate quality backlinks to my WP articles. If you get the time, come visit me on WikiRealty to see how easy it really is and to create some links back to your own articles.
In the end, this is what I have done thus far based off those 2 AR articles...
I created community pages on my WP site, started sharing them via social media, and created backlinks to those community pages from WikiRealty to help boost the WP pages in Google's eyes. I will soon be creating posts on Huliq and Resaas (see Debbie's article) with links back to my community pages as well to help them climb in the SERPs and eventually land and stay on Page 1 of Google.
Over the next few months articles from AR and a few other blogging platforms will also send links to those community pages to show Google they are important and worthy of a high ranking. Rinse and repeat!
All from reading two AR articles and deciding to take action.
There are plenty of opportunities for each of us to increase our brand exposure and drive traffic where we want it.
Are you watching for, then acting upon, those opportunities?
Here are some outstanding articles to help clarify the importance of both backlinks and community posts.

Rainers...these tips are useful, but only if we take the time to put them into practice.
If you are technically challenged, hire a virtual assistant to help with this part of your online biz. If you are time strapped, use your (fill in the blank) time to get it done. It is that important.
Happy Blogging Rainers!
