One ring of the phone and it could be a "911 listing call" for a divorcing couple....they always begin...."My attorney told me to give you a call...."
It might be a member of our "friends and family" sphere that just got their monthly purple envelope and they have their parents home to sell...or now that the kids are gone...need less house...OR it could be one of our family lawyer practitioners asking us to reserve time to be in court to testify regarding the value of a house.....Or a referral from an Active Rain Pal.....OR....who knows....that is the fun of being a Realtor...or at least part of it...You just never know what good news is on the end of the phone !
