After about 6 weeks of going back and forth with my Graphic Artist, Kayla Cote of Cote Creative, we came up with the design above. It wasn't the easiest of choices as Kayla had some very good work to chose from. It was especially tempting to take one of her designs in Gold or Silver but I felt with my biggest client base coming from the Minot Air Force Base, and the name National it would be best to go with Red and Blue on White. What do you think?

A of Ron and Alexandra Seigel I think it will work as a memerable logo, one when local people see the logo they know exactly who it is. That's what's most important to me.
Thanks Raymond E. Camp I know it in itself will not sell homes anymore than the ReMax ballon does but I think at a glance people will know who it represents.
Your clients will be the ones to ask what they think.
I like the idea of adding the bright color. I think it will grab people's eyes fastter

Make sure there is no trademark goes with it. NAR is cracking down on some of these logos, websites. They are harassing MLS wanting to standardize everything....

I all about red, white and blue! I'd like to see a little bit of detail on the eagle, but my opinion truly doesn't matter. If it speaks to you as it is, it's the one!

Thanks William Feela the Gold and Silver also look good but I really do think the Red/White/Blue stands out even more.
Very good point Sam Shueh I'm trusting the graphic artist made sure she did not run afoul of stealing anyone else work but then again I know all about "assume".
Of course your opinion matters to me Jill Murty, Realtor - Orange County, CA or I wouldn't have asked for it. The eagle is a little plain but it is recognizable as an eagle and for something that may be used as diversely for embroidery, screen printing, and the such maybe it has to be that simple. I'm going to ask Kayla about that. Thanks!

I'd ask that the artist to provide a version with added detail using negative space.
The eagle is centered above the word 'marketing', but the horizontal lines start at the second letter of 'NATIONAL' and there are three letters left after the line ends at the word 'REALTORS'. I don't know if it was intentional.
There is more horizontal line under the stars on the left than on the right. There may be specific reasons the artist had for this.
There are certain tolerances for embroidery and screen printing. There's nothing here that should cause any issues. Even if negative space is added, it should be fine.
As it is, people will see a wonderful, patriotic logo.

I think it stands out. I like the fact that you incorporated a very patriotic theme to work with your biggest clientele base. Very smart thinking. If I had to get nitpicky I'd like to see a little more detail in the eagle. maybe carve out some eyes and some feathers using the white background.
