East Carolina University is located in the middle of Greenville NC and home of the official mascot Pee Dee. Although technically the name Pee Dee has been dropped and "The Pirates" is our official slogan...many Pirate fans will tell ya this is Pee Dee. Whatever the consensus... I want to introduce you to the Mascot of ECU and invite you to Greenville any game day to see what all the excitement is about !
Once a fan you will want to join the Pirate Club, find a nice little condo or second home away from home so you can attend the year round sporting events East Carolina University offers !

It has been customary through the years for me to sell homes to parents of student athletes as an income resource while their student is attending ECU.
What I find most rewarding is the fact most of them keep their properties as second homes to attend sporting events and thank me every time they see me for allowing their child to attend college without housing debt !
