James Bohan-Pitt, CEO & Founder of HipPocket.com is interviewed by StartUpDallas.
Although much of the interview is about the inception and early stages of HipPocket, where I found the most gold begins around minute 20 and through minute 30.
In that segment he speaks to us about REALTOR apathy, the real life of the REALTOR and touches on pocket listing attitudes.
One can clearly note the benefit of HipPocket enables the broker to capture more double-side business and some benefit to the agent through SM management. I will enroll in the program for obvious reasons. Howver, it is clear that without critical mass in my location, it can not work.
