We prospect with the expectation of success. While there are no guarantees, prospecting may yield positive outcomes and is a lot like fishing. It takes patience and diligence to net good results.

- Send out a monthly newsletter
- Call 5 new prospects per day
- Reconnect with past clients
Be sure to market to family and friends…yes, it’s important to remind them that you are a real estate agent and can help! Even if it is just referring a capable out-of-area real estate agent.
Have realistic expectations and make sure your message is clear. Be prepared to catch a few, lose a few and catch & release some as well! Re-bait. Re-cast. Re-peat often.
