4th time was the charm- Jackson Road is pending

Lots of people saw potential and there were so many showings. I actually was totally surprised that this property, although needing a little work, lasted for 22 days. Over 2000 sq. ft. and built in 1980, shared pond with private dock and an in-ground pool and barn all on 5.95 acres. And the list price $85,000. Nope you read that right, I didn't leave out any numbers.

The day we listed it and the next day over 1100 people visited our website to check out the photos and yet only the 4 offers. But the house is now pending. Nina Hollander nope, hard to surprise me anymore

Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert the biggest challenge was borrowers who needed FHA or seller assistance. Bank owned and they were very clear, no repairs (no stove) and no seller assistance.

Larry Johnston so many of those came from a share of the listing on social media in a community group.

Lisa Von Domek fortunately added two pendings this week. Very happy. Winter has been pretty slow
